Show and tell
Before we start any work on your car, you'll be given the opportunity to see exactly what work is required and any other suggested repairs.
Upfront written inspection report
When you bring your car to Midas, you'll receive a free, written inspection report before any work commences.
Upfront written quote
Before we lift a spanner we'll tell you how much it's all going to cost. Up front and in writing. You'll get an exact quote detailing all the costs of parts and labour.
Written guarantee
A written National Network Guarantee backs up all Midas work. This means, should you need after sales service, you can take your vehicle into any Midas throughout New Zealand.
Standards of service
We have documented "Standards of Service" which set out the required or suggested repairs for each service. We also offer to show you the completed work, plus you can inspect any parts removed from your car.
